I waited a week before my engine swap review......Excellent thats what I have to say about Sam. I had my 2020 towed into Sams shop with a locked engine. Im 100 percent sure of the dealer didn't have a back order (2-3wks) on the engine Sam would have had my truck back yo me withing 4 days. Sam took great care of my truck and confirmed my suspicion that the dealership i originally took my truck to didn't even inspect it properly. The dealership wanted a ridiculous amount for a problem that wasn't even the problem. Thank you Sam for your reliable straight to the point work. My Wrangler runs beautifully and it feels good to be back on the road!!! 100/10

Getting work done at eagles was amazing I got a new engine and a water pump. Everything was done the same week and for the best price. No other shop can beat these prices. Come check him out. Sam the only one I let touch my baby.

One and only of my best experience ever in chicago mechanic shops !!. I just wait couple months to write this review until my car is Settle down and makes sure everything is running well!! I just make rebuilds for my Mercedes G63 And everything is perfect. Just ask for SAM definitely he’ll take care of you.

I left a negative review before based upon a couple of valid reasons and then I felt bad, so I removed the review. Unfortunately, I need to let consumers know how this establishment fell short and continues to. When I had extensive work done to my Mini Cooper (I provided all of the parts), this shop broke a screw off in the frame of the front-end of my car and just left it. My husband discovered it when he removed the bumper to do an additional upgrade a couple of days after picking up the car from Eagle Engine. Although Sam (the owner) offered to rectify the situation, it would have been more hassle to drop the car off for an entire day so my husband just drilled it out and replaced it. I realize people make mistakes, but this was not the only issue. Aside from this, I had asked Sam to provide me with a receipt listing all of the parts that were replaced for my records. He promised me no less than 5 times. This was two years ago. Recently, I asked him again for the receipt and even gave him the list of parts he replaced. I have been asking him for at least two months in which he promised me on numerous occasions that he would email me the receipt. Although this shop did install th

Sam was Amazing! He does outstanding work, and he is very reasonable on pricing. The only setback is the don't accept credit card payments......other than that they did an exceptional job with installing my engine in my 2011 Gmc Yukon! Sam is a great guy to work with!
